There is only Aizu-Bange town, which has developed as a Shu-ku-eki (inn-post-station) of the Echigo-Kaido road, and I'm
looking forward to eating and drinking place.
When it comes to what tourists want to eat in Aizu they associative Kitakata Ramen (another call Shina-soba, Chinese
noodle), because it is featured in travel magazines, there are many "food evangelists" in Aizu-Bange town who laugh at
such a world with their backs, single-mindedly preserving the taste of tradition, and providing it.

Aizu's "Yamato Soba (Yamato district, Kitakata city)" and "Hinoemata Soba (Hinoemata village, Minami-Aizu county)"
are known all over the country, but the Soba shops in Aizu-Bange are not defeated too. The soba (buckwheat), hand made
by craftsmen with 100% ground flour from Aizu-Bange, is truly exquisitely harmony with Mentsuyu (noodle soup) made
from Aizu-Bange's traditional soy sauce. You would love to visit and taste the Shin-Soba (New-Soba) season from the end
of October. The smell of Soba is not forgotten, and there is an elderly person who has been coming from the time of the
beautiful girl in the first flush of youth, and from the time of beautiful young man with the rosy cheeks, too.
At the lunch
time, the shops, which left the atmosphere of the Shokudo (lunchroom) of Showa times, can be filled with families and
peoples working in the town. Each shop had fans from inside and outside the town, and my uncle had a Soba shop that
had been kept go and coming 10km one way by mini-bike (mini-motorcycle) for 50 years. It is always nice to be able to
enjoy freshly made Soba noodles, and just after boiled Soba. I want you to enjoy the make Soba with the skill as a Soba
craftsman of the shop owner, and the Mentsuyu (noodle soup) using Aizu-Bange traditional soy sauce to your heart's
reach your heart's price.

Ramen was called "Shina soba (Chuka-soba, Chinese noodle) " until the mid-1950s, and it was a feast that children at
that time rarely could eat unless it was some kind of event. Because you can enjoy having the taste of each shop, if you
are confident in the capacity of the stomach, it is also good to try to eat and walk. Old and new Route 49 has the aspect of
"Ramen-road", and not sure which shop cheats to capture to eat and walk. In general, the chicken soup use to take
advantage of the Dashi (base of soup) of the boiled dried fish, and it is refreshing using traditional soy sauce with soup
and flat and shrink noodles are the base.
(Miso and salt soup are also available) When I ate ramen in the shop as if I had
traveled back in time in the 1950s, I thought, "This is it!" It tastes like this! You can encounter a nostalgic taste that
makes you want to jump up and shout. There were fans in each shop who were particular about the shop, and they were
hungry at banquets and so on, so they asked, "Do you want to delivery Ramen?" and, such as when it became, it is said
that "I am that shop Ramen" or "I am ramen this shop" and it is said that it embarrasses the secretary if it does. For the
people of Aizu-Bange, the old taste and aroma seem to be the ultimate essential item that reminds them of the nostalgia
of childhood when they ran around the mountain and rivers of their hometown. People in Aizu-Bange may be facing their
childhood self beyond the steam and eating Ramen with sepia-colored memories.

When your stomach is full, let’s take a walk to help one’s digestion at night under Aizu-Bange. The night of Aizu-Bange
is also surprisingly fun. For me who has lived in Kanagawa prefecture for more than 45 years, the unsophisticated the
atmosphere of the Neon-street at night feels fresh. You can choose a place according to a number of situations, such as
wanting to drink while enjoying Karaoke, drinking by yourself, or drinking at an Izakaya-style restaurant (pub) with
friends. Moreover, I want to explore the night of Aizu-Bange if the drink bill comes at a reasonable price. May be able to
discover the "secret snack for drinks" limited to Aizu-Bange town (Hint, it run fast and well).

"Well, I’m going out tonight too." And, it is still being interviewed.
Welcome! Aizu-Bange’s Soba, Ramen and drinks are also delicious!
