In Japan history, the Teradaya incident and the Namamugi incident occurred in an time of turmoil in the Edo period, and when the
country was in seething. In local, the brewery has long been popular with "Shin-sakaya" or "Toyokuni".
Not only tradition, madeuse of the results of the Brewery's research to make Sake, the desire of the maker is transmit a feeling this
Sake brewery is deeper flavor.
"Gakujuro" was named after the name of family founder, and feels the yell of the breweries as it makes it think that this is one's of
Man's Sake. I can understand that I have won the gold medal many times in the National Sake Evaluation Society.
Enjoy it fully the mellow fragrance and taste.
"Shinjitsu" is named after the name of firstborn daughter of breweries, it is reminiscent of the Breweries love for his daughter, with
a refreshing flavor and mellow taste. The love for Sake is felt,and involuntarily have a smile on my lips with out thinking.

In 2007 years, "Shinjitsu" received the title of Fukushima Prefecture brand authentication first issue from the number of many
famous brand Sake in Aizu.
