Representative brand, Akebono, Issho seishun(Lifetime Youth)
Meiji 37 year ( 1904
year) established brewery.
In Japan history, it is the same year as the founding of my alma mater Aizu
Technical High School when the Russia-Japanese War began.
The brewery has been popular for
a long time in the brand name of "Akebono" in local.
The predecessor landlady here was, a woman who served
as a breweries and a Toji, I think the first woman in
the Japan.

Occasionally, can see
the pleasing figure that head master
and his wife are preparing to make Sake.
This is the top-class meritocracy talented brewery in Fukushima prefecture, winning the gold medal for three consecutive years
in the National Sake Evaluation Society.

to raise the awareness of Sake

"Issho Seishun(Lifetime Youth)" is a spirited drink of
the yell which reminds of the poetry of the poet Samuel Ullman of USA "
Youth", and there seems to be a similar passage in the motto of his house.
Every time drink, it reminds me the poemof the company's motto that had served when I
was active.
The vitality of tomorrow is springing up,
it is really exciting, one that will make you feel fun.

In 2008 year the "Lifetime Youth" was been certificated to Fukushima Prefecture brand.
